Founded as BaseLinx Global in 2017, we grew rapidly by introducing advanced products to the mass transport and bulk commodity industries. As our offerings expanded, we restructured in 2024, creating Maxx USA Inc. as our parent company and launching Form3 Dynamics to focus on mass transport composites and sub-assemblies. Our team remains the same, and we’re excited for focused growth and new opportunities ahead!
